1. Build your web form to collect preferred addresses.

At present, the best strategy is to collect preferred addresses for one-time use only. Consumers are understandably sensitive to sharing their home addresses. We want to be clear that we’re sending something fun and relevant, so we will need to use their preferred address.

DO NOT send your customers a CRM lead generation form. Today’s modern buyer knows that means their data will go into your CRM. Eloqua and Mailchimp lead forms are not hard to spot these days. This is imperative in minimizing doubt and concern as it relates to your contacts willingness to provide their address. You can use Google Forms, for example, instead of Eloqua or Mailchimp. When you upload the list for SDR/BDR follow up into your CRM, simply omit the home address. Your CRM should be able to sync with the contact's First Name, Last Name, Company name and/or email address. Our servers are severe and BoldBox permanently deletes all customer data post shipment. 2. Plan your touch points

Target contacts should receive at least 3 warmup emails and LinkedIn InMail ads (if needed to enhance response rates)

  • Create 3 emails, but if a recipient takes the call to action early in the sequence, the emails stop automatically. 

  • Make sure to allow sales reps and customer reference managers to add contacts to the program too!
